Far be it from NCACC and the Legislature to look for things like Waste, Fraud and Abuse or even streamlining the process by looking for efficiencies or simply looking at why we provide far more in benefits than any state around us.
But then again, it’s far easire to just pass along another tax than to implement a solution.
