I’m afraid environmental zealots will not not permit the construction of said moat or drawbridge, etc., so we’ll have to make do with character actors dressed up as moats and drawbridges (kind of a Monty Python-inspired thing, and a nifty employment booster). Much the same effects on both sides can be pretend-achieved. And it’s entertaining, to boot.
Oh yeah, and in that Supt. of Public Instruction thing, it’s worth nothing at all, so no need to bother us with that any further.
