Here’s another mascot suggestion for the contest.
Terry (Stoops, that is; not the proposed “Central Raleigh Teardown” mascot) mentioned that no doubt Raleigh would want a mascot for its new convention center, and the name came to me immediately, it was so obvious:
Boonie the Boondoggle
Mascot for Raleigh’s convention center
