Before joining the John Locke Foundation research staff, Michael Sanera served as a Reagan administration employee.
Sanera drew upon his D.C. experiences for a presentation today on Reagan’s legacy for the JLF Shaftesbury Society. In discussing the highs and lows of the Reagan years, Sanera labeled the Cold War victory as Reagan’s key achievement.
