Two U.S. Supreme Court decisions in the past few years have upheld Americans’ Second Amendment rights to own and bear arms. But that doesn’t mean threats to gun ownership are going away.?

Bob Barr delivered that message today in a presentation to the John Locke Foundation and Federalist Society. The former U.S. congressman and 2008 Libertarian Party presidential candidate is a board member for the National Rifle Association.

He explains in the video clip below that state and local governments continue to look for ways to stifle gun ownership.
