Recent transformation of the U.S. Army

The wars in Afghanistan and Iraq have prompted some major changes in the way the U.S. Army does its work.

First Sgt. HansMarc Hurd detailed some of those changes during his presentation today to the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society.
