From Rasmussen:

The Rasmussen Consumer Index, which measures consumer confidence on a daily basis, dropped two points on Thursday to 92.9. The Consumer Index is down six points from a week ago and four points from a month ago, but is up five points from three months ago.

Thirty percent (30%) of consumers say U.S. economic conditions are getting better, while 45% say they are getting worse.

If we don’t rein in federal spending, pare back entitlement programs that have expanded to subsidize the middle class and not just the poor, and realize that economic growth requires a serious change of course, this country’s instability will only grow. The necessary path is clear.
