Hillary Clinton will almost certainly win the presidency next year, unless Republicans can redefine the qualifications for the job.
That’s the assessment of political analyst Dick Morris, who offered his assessment to a John Locke Foundation Headliner audience today in Winston-Salem.
Morris says he believes the only Republican candidate who can use the terrorism issue to derail Clinton is Rudy Giuliani.
