A man kills a stranger in a movie theater then turns in the gun at the popcorn counter. Does this ? a violent act by a young man with an Arabic name followed by the perp meekly turning himself in ? remind anyone of the SUV terrorist at UNC? The news report, however, says there is no clue at all why this happened.
