There’s interesting news about the cost of renting in Charlotte and Raleigh today. In it’s National Rent Report for March, Zumper reports that, of the 50 largest cities in America, Charlotte has the 21st highest median rent for a 1 bedroom apartment, at $990/month. That’s up 6.5% from a year ago.
Raleigh did a bit better coming in at 26th and $840, with no change from a year ago. The full report and more detailed information is available here.
