On August 27, 2021, Jon Sanders submitted public comments to the U.S. Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) regarding the BOEM’s Notice of Intent to Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed Kitty Hawk Offshore Wind Project offshore North Carolina.
