People are noticing the City of Asheville’s new, enameled urban streetscape trash bins are already getting messed up. Small towns are always easier to manage, and people tend to respect each other better, but I was in a very nice town about a week ago where citizens sponsored stone trash bins for Main Street. People actually cared for their community enough to endure the humiliation of having their names plaqued on trash bins.
