This 4th of July weekend, be sure to drink and drive. As you do so, you will create more jobs for cops and others in the criminal justice system. You will also justify grants for more state and federal dollars to flow into the economy for more roadblocks. If we get enough money, we can hire enough cops to put a block in every road, every day of the year.
If you elect not to create jobs, preferring, say, to spend your money on the lottery, for children; the NCDOT and GHSP have gotten tips out two days in advance. If you start studying them now, you just might get something in your long-term memory.
