John’s right, words just about fail. The presumably random selection of answers from the toad suggests an almost intentional error rate from the taxpayers’ employees. Someone needs to start ‘splainin’. (Was the toad coached? Did the toad have prior civil service time? Were amphibian steroids involved? If the language issue is dealt with, would the toad become even more effective?)

And people get upset over privatization. Mark this one down with the arguments in favor of expanding the government’s role in anything.
