Answer me that right now. The city has “won” $24m. in Uncle Sucker money to pair with $12m. in local General Fund revenue to build the damn idiotic thing for a couple miles.
But who is gonna pick up the operating costs? CATS already said no. Please tell me the city is going to start up a second transit operation just for this tremendous waste of money.
