Yadkin Riverkeeper announces it will sue Alcoa “over alleged violations of the Federal Clean Water Act if the company doesn’t respond to its concerns with 60 days.”
Remember earlier this week the High Rock Lake Association board voted to support Alcoa’ relicensing effort.
