It seems that the City of Sanford’s new tax is going to be a burden on small business owners like Greg Adams who owns the Piggly Wiggly:
?But I?m not going to raise my prices. I won?t do it,? said Adams, who
gath?ered thousands of signatures from people opposed to the tax during
the debate over it in the spring. ?I?m just going to have to work my
employees harder and smarter and find ways to save money.?
If the City returned their Golf Course to the Private Sector they wouldn’t have to put a burden on so many small business people.
