Perhaps a big problem with the economy is we are thinking too big. Rather than acting within a reasonable sphere of influence, people want to have the next big thing that saves humanity. I think this might be known as a messiah complex. Anyway, we’ve seen how well everybody is doing with their transformational master plans. Some are more reasonable and seek not to change the world, but just the economy or the community. That’s still too big. How, pray tell, would the economy do if people wanted to make one little thing that made life just a little better for a few. What if loafs like me who seek to be employed were to change our mindset to strive to be on the lookout for innovation that truly helps. I would love to see a return to meaningful employment where people studied and tapped their higher power for inspiration on how to make maybe one person or a handful more comfortable, happier, more inspired, or something more fulfilling. Today, there’s too much focus on moving the money around with lawsuits, grants, and tax evasion. Then, some people like to innovate for the sake of innovation, seeing virtue in complicating the simple in order to turn a profit, but I digress. For my master plan of everybody being their own master planners to succeed through their own efforts and the grace of their higher power, we’ve got to get this deregulation stuff cranking.
