If you pay around $1800 a month for housing in Charlotte, city government is making moves to get you some new Section 8 neighbors.
City councilman James Mitchell says bumping up from the current $800 price point would create “more of a disbursement of the Section 8 vouchers throughout our community.”
The magical federal government would of course fund such a thing. Super.
