Get out your trench coats, Mayor Pat McCrory is welcoming some Homeland Security types to the Westin hotel in a couple weeks. The Homeland Security Advisory Council — McCrory heads its private sector info sharing task force — will do some public biz before closing its meeting to prying eyes.
Actually, more like semi-public as to get into the room you must submit your name and date-of-birth to the feds by March 15th and then bring a photo ID along to gain admittance to the “public” part of the meeting.
