Durham ranked 20th in the nation as the place to educate your children, according to Forbes magazine. Seriously? This calls into question all of the magazine “best of” lists. For instance, as The Herald-Sun says, Forbes claims Durham has 111 schools when in reality it has only 50 schools. Just a minor detail, I suppose. But this is the clincher that might explain why Durham even stayed on the list, much less at the top:
