Here we go again.  Sheetz will build a new distribution center in Burlington – promising to create 254 jobs and spending $32.8 million on capital.  In exchange, the taxpayers of NC will give them $4.8 milllion :  $800,000 in OneNC money, $1.9 million in JDIG grants and $2.1 million in local incentives.  Economic development or taxpayer rip off?  You decide.
