My perfect primary hindsight notes that I sure did not see many Vinroot signs in Charlotte in the past few weeks. I assumed the campaign knew what it was doing, but now I wonder.
But there is no doubt about Dan Bishop’s win over The Charlotte Observer’s endorsed candidate, Carla DuPuy, in a Mecklenburg Board of County Commissioners race. Bishop took a stand on taxes and won going away.
