Michael Moore was out of touch even more than most people think with his pre-election prediction:

“I have a feeling that slackers are going to rise up in this election. The slacker motto is: Sleep till noon, drink beer, vote Kerry.”

The terms “slacker” and “rise up” are mutually exclusive. Moore has it all wrong (as proven in the election results). Slackers sleep till noon, then go earn a few bucks working the fry-o-lator or some other undemanding job (to get their beer money), then they drink beer until it’s time to go to sleep again.

But they never vote.
