Apparently, the reason was that the College of Arts and Sciences wouldn’t list the proposed courses nor the corresponding professors. According to the DTH, the Foundation has given the College till Oct. 1 to resubmit a proposal. The grant would be worth up to $14 million.
In other news, UNC students will rally outside the legislature today to demand more money for higher education.
