Equal-time media has to cast aspersions about an Orlando doctor speaking his mind about Obamacare. People employed by the federal government aren’t supposed to engage in political activities, but with porkulus, we’re all pretty much employed by the federal government. Anybody lucky enough to be independent of porkulus will surely be condemned because Orwellian double-speak can’t stand the truth. Citizens these days have to decide if they want to uphold the Supreme Law of the Land or save their hide by going along with the flow of the current B – – – – – – – k regime.

Granted, I’m trained in the scientific method, so it is difficult for me to navigate things like tax code and internally-inconsistent hyper-regulation. But with a glance, it appears the Hatch Act is still in effect, clamping down on political speech by almost every government employee. That great government-for-dummies web site, Wikipedia, states,

The Hatch Act of 1939 . . . precluded federal employees from membership in ‘any political organization which advocates the overthrow of our Constitutional form of government.’

So, what is the fate of trickle-down stimulus recipients who join the thrall in not opposing federalization of healthcare, financial institutions, the automobile industry, etc.? More to the point, what does it say about Congressmen? The president is exempt.
