Fairfax County is throwing out the votes of servicemen and women stationed overseas because of a technicality, a technicality that, from the description, could not be satisfied.
Fairfax County voting officials are probably too busy trying to find felons and get them registered to deal with this problem.
UPDATE: They say it’s going to be taken care of.
