Well, well. The construction of CATS’ mighty Lynx light rail line is taking weeks longer than expected, putting businesses along South Blvd. in a bind. Then again driving businesses out of business might fix that unsightly “corridor of crap” problem, right Mr. Mayor? It is not a bug, it is a feature.
And please ignore that bit about a phone line causing trouble. All rail bed rights-of-way in America have been stuffed full of utility lines for the last, oh, 100 years or so. Should’ve been in the plan.
