Thomas Sowell’s latest column, “The Audacity of Rhetoric,” pulls the veil off of the Obama hoax, but it also inadvertently describes the wrongheadedness of most of Durham’s black leadership:
Why should young blacks be expected to work to meet educational standards, or even behavioral standards, if they believe the message that all their problems are caused by whites, that the deck is stacked against them? That is ultimately a message of hopelessness, however much audacity it may have.
Let the Durham Committee on the Affairs of Black People and their left-wing enablers who traffic in vitimhood ponder that for a moment.
