The North Carolina Coastal Conservative Conference here in Wilmington is being co-hosted by Russ Hauptman, of the local Americans for Prosperity chapter, and state Rep. Carolyn Justice. Curtis Wright and Cat Pratt from The Big Talker (WLTT-FM) are coordinating the event, along with several volunteers. The conference sponsors include The Big Talker, AFP-North Carolina, the Civitas Institute, the John Locke Foundation, and Cape Fear Fair Tax.
