Just so happens I was driving through Starmount and Hamilton Lakes last night and noticed the red ‘No Rezoning Starmount and Hamilton Lakes’ signs everywhere.
Looks like the dispute over a mixed-use development on the corner of Friendly Avenue and Holden Road will come before the Greensboro Planning Board in a couple of weeks. No doubt it will come before the City Council soon thereafter.
