Last week, I wondered if governors and state legislators saw how federal health care legislation could hurt state budgets. Apparently they do and some of them are starting to fight back. In Congress, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid even cut a deal for the federal government to pay for Nevada’s extra cost.
