The poor federal government continues to struggle against morons who fantasize that its spending habits are profligate. As evidence of the government’s strict adherence to its Constitutionally-defined powers, Appalachian State University will be participating in the Bee Informed Partnership, the recipient of a $5 million grant from the USDA.
The Bee Informed Partnership will use an epidemiological approach to identify common bee management practices and use them to develop best practices on a regional and operationally appropriate level.
