Angry union teachers (funny; I thought they were always angry) protested John Stossel’s ABC 20/20 “Stupid in America” report outside the studio in New York. One of them said “some of my students were hurt” by his report. One had a photo of Stossel on his rear end. Cute.
But at least they gave him some credit for coming out and meeting with them. “It showed good character, and I didn’t think he had much of that,” one teacher said by way of faint praise.
