I’ll sum it up real quick. The Winston-Salem City Council is holding a special meeting tonight to decide whether or not (anyone guess what that decision will be?) to fork over more money for Billy Prim’s not-even halfway-finished downtown stadium and, on the same day, city planners are talking streetcars. Initial cost —$65 million — for planning and engineering, that is.
Oh, the humanity.
