The United States Supreme Court just issued its opinion
in DaimlerChrysler v. Cuno.  The Court did not address the issue
of whether the Ohio tax credits and property tax exemptions provided to
DaimlerChrysler in order to encourage them to come to Toledo violated
the Commerce Clause.

Instead, the Court held that the plaintiffs had no standing to bring the case.
