As one more disturbing piece of evidence on the politicization of America, read this column by Jeff Carter on the federal government’s use of SWAT teams to raid dairy farms for the horrible crime of selling raw milk.
No matter who opposes Obama, I hope he or she will make an issue of the absurd use of paramilitary tactics against unarmed people and businesses, pledging that any federal official who orders such raids will be terminated unless the use was clearly warranted. Obama obviously is untroubled by raids like this, but then he’s far more an authoritarian that most Americans.
