On another subject, I paid a visit to Hendersonville today. Of late, I have only complained about the perpetual downtown improvements. But today, the sun came out after three days of heavy rain. The youthful greens of spring were vibrant, reminiscent of those Kelly green lawns in Los Angeles real estate flyers. The flowers were bright and beautiful, the water sparkled; and landscape masterpieces were resplendent in their glory. Neighbors waved and said hello. And then I came back to Asheville.
