One property owner in Georgia didn’t take opposition to his development plans lying down. Neighbors and a cranky developer in his up-scale neighborhood opposed his plan to build two $800,000 homes on 1.1 acres zoned agricultural and convinced the county zoning officials to turn down his request. His reaction: bring in farm animals and REALLY make it agricultural. On top of that, he painted his house orange and blue in honor of his alma mater, the University of Florida.
