Chapel Hill’s Rathskeller — the Franklin St. dive known for its Bowl-O-Cheese lasagna — has been seized by the N.C. Department of Revenue for non-payment of taxes.
Maybe the state will re-open it as a cultural museum dedicated to grease and watery salad dressing. There has to be a few million dollars lying around for that purpose. Call it economic development.
