Florida and Louisiana governors led the way by returning ObamaCare implementation grants. Recently, Tea Party groups in Georgia, Montana, and South Carolina got ObamaCare exchange bills shelved. New Hampshire has joined the wave of opposition.
The General Assembly needs to follow its stand against the individual mandate with real opposition to rapid implementation of an exchange. We still don’t know if ObamaCare is constitutional.
