Despite all the pre-runoff intrigue, John Tedesco easily won the District 2 seat on the Wake County school board. He took 76 percent of the vote to Cathy Truitt’s 23 percent.
Tedesco’s win completes a clean sweep by the pro-reform school board candidates: 4 for 4.
