When Rush Limbaugh claims that Obama’s teleprompter told him to do this or that, or say this or that, that’s one thing. But you know his security blanket has become a butt of a national joke when Maureen Dowd, the Left’s favorite unhappy redheaded MSM columnist, begins her latest column thusly:
