Interesting that the N&R debates whether or not federal stimulus bonds funding the Greensboro downtown luxury hotel represent a taxpayer subsidy after Guilford County commissioners sign off on the project.
Some say thank goodness for the new hotel, because as it stands now, the new county jail pretty much represents downtown development.
