That “23 percent tax increase” lie pioneered by McIntyre and Etheridge is spreading

An Arkansas Democrat is using the same untruthful claim about his Republican opponent as North Carolina Democrats Mike McIntyre and Bob Etheridge:

Not mentioned, of course, are all the taxes that Republicans would eliminate BEFORE supporting the 23 percent tax to replace them.
