Calgary is about to break a 110-year-old temperature record. For cold!
Gaia “scientist” James Lovelock hasn’t noticed, though. He predicts that Earth heating up 8 degrees Centigrade will eventually kill most everyone:
“We are not all doomed. An awful lot of people will die, but I don’t see the species dying out,” he told a news conference. “A hot earth couldn’t support much over 500 million.”
Meanwhile, these people seem to want a little global warming. It’s the Helsinki Complaints Choir, and one of their complaints is that their ancestors chose a cold and dreary place to live.
