Sears Holdings has announced that it’s closing 68 Kmarts and 10 Sears stores. Among the casualties are five Kmarts in North Carolina: Brevard, Gastonia, Lumberton, Pineville, and Rocky Mount. Another bad day for retail in some of the state’s smaller cities.
