NBC does a report on a Brit 15-year-old who treks to the North Pole to make a propaganda documentary (isn’t that redundant?) about global warming. Check out her reaction to having to learn how to shoot a gun in case of polar bear attacks. She says she’d probably miss on purpose. “I’d probably try to give it a hug instead.”
Yes, Camilla, polar bears are such cuddly things. That’s what you learn from your tree-hugger teachers, I guess. What, pray, will we learn from your documentary? I hope there will be footage of you trying to hug a polar bear. That would surely make a viral YouTube video.
Also note the lying that NBC engages in. Yes, you can lie by editing, friends. Some idiot producer or editor or whatever they call them in TV inserted penguins into the footage. Hellooooo, NBC, this is North pole we’re talking about here. There are no penguins in the Northern Hemisphere.
And people wonder why the media have no credibility.
UPDATE: NBC has edited the penguins out of its video with no notice of the change. Figures.
