Well, it has been a week since Mecklenburg County commissioner Bill James put forth a very clear challenge to CMS board vice-chair Kit Cramer to explain where her school utilization numbers come from and so far — nothing. Surely somebody at the Vote Yes for Bonds camp can come up with a response to James’ very cogent claim that schools that CMS recently built remain far below capacity.
There has to be a simple answer to this matter.
