That may sound absurd in a nation of largely overfed people, but we must never underestimate the creativity of the Left in devising attacks to get unthinking people hot and bothered over the alleged evils of capitalism.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Kerry and Edwards don’t pick up on this and start wailing about the unfairness (make that deep, unconscionable unfairness) of a country that makes some people drive a lot further than others in order to get food.
